He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Callaway and Alma Higginbotham Callaway; and his wife Jan Callaway. He is survived by: his siblings, Gilbert Callaway (Becky) and Cynthia Scott; his children, Stephanie Callaway and Jason Callaway Terrie (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Coleman Callaway, Pryce Hundley, Connor Callaway, Preslie Hundley, Pierce Hundley, Carson Callaway, Forest Chevaillier, Brooks Chevaillier and Hunter Chevaillier; his great grandchildren, John Ryan Callaway, Indy Callaway, Jack Chevaillier, Case Chevaillier, Trip Chevaillier and Lyle Chevaillier; his nephews, Mark Scott, John Scott, Benjamin Scott, Kip Roberts, Charlie Smith and Jordan Callaway; and his niece Danielle Martensen.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Collierville Funeral Home (3863 Bailey Station Rd, Collierville, TN 38017). Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
