He is survived by: his daughter Reese Ramsey; his sisters, Kelly Moes (Don) and Lisa Ekstrom (Rick); his former wife Leigh O'Kelly Boyle; his mother-in-law Jan Phillips; his sister-in-law Kristi Ray (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Shannon, Ricky, Connor and Nikki.
