It is with sadness that the passing of Lynda Gail Groves of Gibson, Tennessee is shared. Lynda, born on March 9, 1949 in Bradford, Tennessee, passed away on August 18, 2026. She was predeceased by: her husband George Thomas Groves; her parents, Radie McCormick and Charlene Hayes McCormick; her siblings, Darlene Gant and Ricky McCormick; and her stepson Chris Groves.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Turner of Gibson and Darin Alexander of Atwood; her sister Peggy McCormick Davis of Trenton; her grandchildren, Trent Turner (Krystal), Adriana Alexander and Jackson Alexander; and her stepchildren, Kristie Kay Bryan (Anthony) and Toby Groves. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
