He was predeceased by: his parents, Eck Orr and Geneva Bratton Orr; his sister Bobbie Cooper; and his brother-in-law Wayne Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Orr; his sons, Justin Melton of Gleason, TN and Jantzen Melton of Gleason, TN; his grandchildren, Taylore Crawford (Kyle) of Gleason, TN, Tanner Melton of Gleason, TN and Brantzen Melton of Gleason, TN; and his cousin Rachel Blake.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tumbling Creek Baptist Church (2529 Tumbling Creek Rd, Gleason, TN 38229). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
