He is survived by: his wife Reesa Teeter Owen of Gleason, TN; his sons, Robert Blaine Owen (Andi Turner Owen) of Gleason, TN and Kody Teeter Owen (Elizabeth Russell Owen) of McKenzie, TN; his grandchildren, Robert Wyatt Owen, Natalie Alexandrea Owen, Abbott Shaw Owen and Reelynn Grace Owen; and his brother Eric Lyle Owen (Doris Deck Owen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Masonic Lodge of Gleason.
