He is survived by: his wife Jan Hensley of Gleason, Tennessee; his children, Shannon Flowers (Joey) of Greenfield, Tennessee and Jason Hensley of Dresden, Tennessee; his stepson Trey Boucher (Gretchen) of McKenzie, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Riley, Mikayla, Molly, Sydney and Chace; and his great grandchild Baylin.
