He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Bennett and Verdell Bennett; his brother Michael Bennett; and his son-in-law Kenneth Brown. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bennett; his children, Timika Simpson and LaToya Brown (late Kenneth Brown); his grandchildren, Kenneth Brown II and Kensington Brown; his brothers, Mark Bennett and Christopher Bennett; and his aunts, Helen and Linda Gibson. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the First Apostolic Church (265 Broadmoor Dr, Nashville, TN 37207). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood North Cemetery (1248 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
