He is survived by : his wife Evarlean Rumph; his daughter Kimberly Garrett; his grandchildren, Jurnee, Noah and Logan Garrett; his brothers, Michael Rumph (Doris) and Emmanuel Rumph (Agnes); and his siblings-in-law, Lucille Rumph (Mary Scott), Nathaniel Nicks, George Nicks, Georgia Nicks and Earlean Nicks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
