We are sad to announce that, on January 24, 2026, at the age of 87, Patsy Nixon of Goodlettsville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Patsy's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Patsy has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wheeler and Margaret Wheeler; and her sister Peggy Alley. She is survived by: her husband Karl Nixon; her daughter Gayle Writesman (Mark); her grandson Cole Writesman (Ragan); her great grandchild Sutton; and her siblings, Tommy Wheeler (Donna) and Vickie Slate (Mark). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers for donations be made to Alive Hospice of Nashville.
