She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Miller and Dixie Maynard Miller; her husband Herbert Parks; her daughter Terry Crook; her granddaughter Tracy Dinnen; and her siblings, James Henry Miller, Emma Lou Adams, Molly Belle Dykstra and Rose Marie Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Qualls and Regina Hale (Rick); her grandchildren, Ryan Sloas, Kyle Hilton (Casey), Austin Crook, Alicia Minchey (Jeremy) and Amber Sloas (Joe Pernell); her great grandchildren, Mason Minchey, Madison Minchey, Marshall Minchey, Lane Hilton, Beau Hilton, Emery Hilton and Zyla Hilton; and her sister Royetta June Rice. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
