He is survived by: his father Hayden Smiley; his friend Donna Jenkins; his children, Greg Smiley of Goodlettsville, Katrina Mercer (Chris) of Goodlettsville and Jessica Nuckols (George) of Portland, TN; his siblings, Anthony Smiley (Jackie) of Las Vegas, NV and Kim Phillips (Walter) of Goodlettsville; his grandchildren, Katlynn Matthews, Kristin Perry, Krislyn Mercer, Callie Mercer, Will Smiley and Anna Smiley; his great grandchildren, Henry Perry, Ellis Perry, Easton Matthews and Rowan Matthews; Charlie Jenkins.
