She was predeceased by: her father J. B. Hensley; and her grandparents, Martha, Carl Holmes, Lillan and Willard Hensley.
She is survived by: her husband Steven "Slick" Johnson; her mother Carol Petty (Darrell); and her sister Hailee Jackson (Alie Arrington). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sellars Funeral Home (313 W Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Dixon Springs Cemetery (1 Cemetery Rd, Dixon Springs, TN 37057).
