He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Patrick Wiley and Robbie Draper Wiley; and his brother Joseph Patrick Wiley II. He is survived by: his wife Vanda Gail Sykes; his daughters, Tomi Leann Wiley of Lebanon, Lindsay Foster (John) of Gordonsville and McKenzie Burchfield of Gordonsville; and his grandchildren, Draper Wiley of Gordonsville, Lanie of Gordonsville, Landrie Foster of Gordonsville, Nevaeh West of Cookeville and Kelson Dawson of Lebanon.
The family requests memorials be made to Smith County Humane Society and St. Jude.
