He is survived by: his wife Kathy Whittaker of Grandview, Tennessee; his son Jacob Whittaker (Rochelle) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and his siblings, Leroy Rex of Monterey, Tennessee, Harvey Whittaker of Monterey, Tennessee and June Phillips of Monterey, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
