She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin C. Roark and Tennie E. Roark; her brother Ray Jackson Roark; her sister-in-law Peggy Lee Roark; her nieces and nephews, George Ferraro, Wayne (Terri Locke), Terry Locke, Mike Janowski, David Janowski and Sue Janowski; and her cousin Russell Roark.
She is survived by: her sons, Stanley William (Karen VanHooser) of Cookeville, TN and Steven Wade VanHooser of Portland, TN; her granddaughter Andrea (Zachary Womack) of Gainesboro, TN; her sons, Brian Justin (Lindsey VanHooser) of Cookeville, TN and Jackson VanHooser of Cookeville, TN; her great grandchild Clara Womack of Gainesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Ryker Womack of Gainesboro, TN and Maddox VanHooser of Cookeville, TN; her nieces, Diane (Phil Begeman) and Cathy; and her cousins, Jimmy (Shirley Roark) and Anna.
