She was predeceased by: her parents, Berry Cordell and Mary Dimple Elrod of Cookeville, TN.; her husband Lloyd Halfacre of Granville, TN.; and her brother Billy Cordell Elrod of Nashville, TN.. She is survived by: her children, Robert (Kathy Halfacre) and Mary Ann Halfacre of Richmon, VA; her grandchildren, Brad, Amie Halfacre of Cookeville, TN, Allison and Tyler Stafford of Cookeville, TN; her nephews, Dr. James Elrod of Greenback, TN and Terry Elrod of Louisville, KY; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Connor and Colton Halfacre of Cookeville; her close friend Lois Weisburd "Sammie" of Nashville, TN; and her friend Barbar Climer.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House or Jackson County Boot Strap Award in Mary Sue's memory.
