Beth Marie Oaks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2024, at the age of 97, Beth Marie Oaks of Gray, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Emil Polnicky and Mary Polnicky; her husband Herman "Bud" Oaks, Jr.; her son James S. Thompson; and her siblings, Harold Polnicky and Joy Uden.

She is survived by : her sons, Craig Thompson (Kenny), Kent Thompson (Laura) and Scott Thompson (Renee); her grandchildren, Ian Thompson (Molly), Emil Thompson (Leia), Emily Thompson Boston (Ryan) and Spence Thompson (Kaylyn); and her sister Patsy VanderMaas.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beth's name to Marvin's Chapel United Methodist Church Backyard Missions or Shriners Hospitals.
