He is survived by: his mother Donna Higgins Young (Bowers); his brother William Jackson Higgins Jr. (Billy Jack); his niece Ariana; his son Lucas Allen Burch; the parent of his child Savana Burch; his uncle David Emmons (Teresa); his cousins, Amanda Whitson (Joey), Brandy Maney (Dacota) and Josh Emmons; his aunt Nyoka Allison; his cousin Jeremy Allison; his uncles, William Bowers Cousins (Linda) and Tim Bowers (Sherri); his cousins, Timmy (Misty), Jessica Misty Bowers (Shane) and Shane Lambert; and his fiancée Danielle Lambert.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37643).
