She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Judy Faye Johnson and Sarah Hunt. She is survived by: her parents, Jeff Scott Hensley and Traci Renee Kitzmiller Hayes; her husband Josh Smith; her daughters, Kylee Smith and Aubree Niggel; and her grandfather Sonny Johnson. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Appalachian Funeral Home (800 E Watauga Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 9:50 AM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Washington County Memory Gardens (113 Memory Gardens Rd, Johnson City, TN 37615).
