He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest VanLear Wilhelm, Sr. and Phyllis Gaines Wilhelm. He is survived by: his wife Mira Ratcliffe Wilhelm; his children, Forrest V. Wilhelm, III and Whitney Wilhelm-Walker (Alex Walker); his grandchildren, Liberty Wilhelm, Rebecca Walker and Elijah Walker; his stepgrandson Cameron Miller; and his sister Denise Crawford.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Heights United Methodist Church (631 Lebanon Rd, Kingsport, TN 37663).
