It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garry Lucian Eads of Gray, Tennessee, born in Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lucian Henry Eads and Nellie Jane Eads (Blevins); his former life partner Daphne Eads; and his siblings, Joe Eads and Jearlene McMurray.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Eads; his sons, Chad Eads (Andrea) and Matt Eads (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Hunter, Nathan, Colton, Emily, Ellie and Lily Eads; his stepchildren, Martin Million, Christa Feathers and Kim Hodge; his sister Wanda Ramsey; and also Emeritus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rock Heritage Baptist Church, PO Box 5305, Kingsport, TN 37663.
