He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Neeley and Jeannette Neeley; his wife Patsy Neeley; and his siblings, Bill Neeley and Mildred Gilreath.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Neeley Martin (Bill) of Charlotte, NC and David Neeley (Mitzi) of Gray, TN; and his grandchildren, Trae Helvey, Jonathan Neeley, Logan Neeley, Will Martin, Elliot Martin and Anna Kasher. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
