He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Winters and Maxine Dalton Winters. He is survived by : his friends, Paul and Dallas; his children, Christopher Campbell, Heather Winters and Jade Bolinger; his siblings, William Edward Winters (Judy) of California, Lisa Sigmon, Tonya Simpson, Cheryl "Sammy" Winters (Valerie) of Gray and Linda Middling (John) of Michigan; and his niece Riley Winters. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
