He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stallard and Marilyn Stallard. He is survived by: his children, Lindsey Stallard and Jordan Stallard (Cynthia); the mother of his children Gail Stallard; his grandchildren, Gavin Salters, Kingston Salters and Hudson Stallard; his brothers, Mike Stallard (Donna) and Greg Stallard; and his nieces and nephews, Grason Stallard, Clint Roberts, Derek Stallard, Michael Stallard, Keegan Stallard and Kiersten Harris.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carter Trent Funeral Home (520 Watauga St, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Addington Frame Cemetery (2244 Addington Frame Rd, Nickelsville, VA 24271).
