He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Stewart and Florine Skiles Stewart; and his siblings, Michael Stewart, Willie, Wanda and Etta Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Stewart (Jacob Correa), Amy Young (Dustin) and Phillip Stewart (Barbie); and his sisters, Faye Deakins (Marshall), Joy Dotson (Jerry Lee) and Vonnie Bowman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
