He is survived by: his wife Glenda Alexander; his stepdaughter Tatum Beck; his stepgrandson Kobe Conley; his daughters, Amy Cook (Chris) and Alicia Smith (Todd); his grandchildren, Jaxon Chambers and Kaitlyn Cook; his sisters, Pam Ennis (Giles) and Kathy Alexander; and his pet Zoe. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
