She is survived by: her friends, Jimmy and Margaret Riner; her daughters, Micki Pruitt (Larry) and Tonia Dailey Priddy; her granddaughters, Whitney Winston (Nicholas) and Michaela Dotsch (Jason); her great grandchildren, Wesley and Clark Winston; her sister Betty Ruth Agan (Ronnie); her grandson Michael Garner (Deborah); her great grandchildren, Brayleigh King and Dorothy Garner; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Welch Wilson and Kathleen Kirkland; and her caregivers, Amber, Amy, Anita, Angie, Annie, Alanna, Audrey, Brenda Sue, Brittany, Carie, Chelsey, Christine, Courtney, Dave, Deanna, Dustin, Elizabeth, Erika, Gary, Heath, Jamie, Jennifer, Kay, Khris, Kimberly, Lakelyn, Lauren, Lexie, Lucinda, Lucy, Mary Beth, McKenzie, Melissa, Michelle, Monica, Nancy, Pam, Patty, Reggie, Sabrina, Skyler, Sobhie, Lori, Lori Z and Tabitha. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to Camp in the Community – a free mobile day camp for underserved children directed by Nancy's granddaughter, Whitney Winston.
