It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Carter of Greenbrier, Tennessee, born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Boucher and Yvonne Boucher; and her sister Theresa Cobb. She is survived by : her husband David Carter; her daughters, Lisa Medina (Alejandro), Betty Martinez (Angel Najar), Teresa Carlisle (Chad) and Ofi Veloz; her grandchildren, Cristina Delacruz, Andrew Martinez, Raymond Martinez and Jazmine Najar; and her great grandchildren, Pablo Delacruz and Autumn Martinez.
