He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Pursiful (Joe) of Stone Mountain, Georgia; his grandsons, Jordon and Kaleb Creppel; his great grandchildren, Roman of Murfreesboro and Kolton Creppel of Murfreesboro; and his sister June Vaughn (Ralph) of Nashville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
