He is survived by: his wife Betty Faulkner of Greenbrier, TN; his daughter Rhonda Adams (Mike) of Greenbrier, TN; his grandchildren, Tyler (Julie), Chelsey Hough (Derek) of Westmoreland, TN and Logan (Luke); and his great grandchildren, Anna, DJ, Lillian and Leo.
