She was predeceased by: her father James Roy Hedgepath, Sr.; her husband Eugene Sanford Crutcher, Jr.; her stepmother Margaret Nicholson Hedgepath; her brother James "Buddy" Hedgepath; and her brother-in-law Cecil Crutcher.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Crutcher (Susan) of Clinton, TN, Joy Huffines of Greenbrier, TN and Wanda Hollis (Randy) of Nashville, TN; her siblings, James Roy Hedgepath (Debbie) of Franklin, TN and Allie Mai Crutcher of Ashland City, TN; her sister-in-law Bonnie Hedgepath of Smithville, TN; her grandchildren, Brittany Bunn (Josh), Emily Griffith (Ben), Justin Huffines (Elizabeth), Tiffany Hollis, Roger Hollis and Katlin Hollis; and her great grandchildren, Madeline Hollis-Beard, Brantley Huffines and Sawyer Huffines.
