He is survived by: his daughter Audrey Evans (Cody Evans); his grandchildren, Easton and Emma; his son Randall Alexander Hawkins; his sister Regena; his brother-in-law Jim Crutchfield; and his former wife Janet Young.
Flowers are welcomed and any donations be made to Box 55, in honor of Randy's lifelong dedication to the Nashville Fire Department.
