He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herschell and Joyce Yarbrough Koonce. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Blanton Koonce; his children, Justin Binkley (Melisa), Larry DeSheles, Casy Moulder (Michael) and Cacy Victory (Jeff); his sister Bonnie "Sissy" Varney (Todd); his grandchildren, Krisline Binkley, Colton Binkley, Calie Dilks, Makayla Moulder, Mallory Moulder and Lexi Ouellette; his great grandchildren, Jackson Townsend and Ridlee Minton; his brother-in-law Cleavland Blanton; his nieces, Kristin Delashmitt and Rebecca Delashmitt; and his great-nephew Weston Delashmitt.
