She is survived by: her children, Johnny Hulsey Jr. (Julia) and Nancy Claire Moffitt; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Otto, Christy Horton and Adrian Driver. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
