He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Joe; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Jan Neas of Greeneville; his grandson Seth Garrett Neas; and his siblings-in-law, Donald and Doris Jenkins of Greeneville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
