He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williams and Edna Reese Williams; and his siblings, Eva Shipley, Janey Nuttall, Gayle Fillers, Clyde Williams and Steve Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Iris Williams; his children, Michael Williams and Kimberly; his son-in-law Roswell Curtis; his sister Carol Starnes; and his grandchildren, Joanna, Kelly, Katherine and David. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
