He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Holt and Hassie Renner Holt. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Holt; his son Bobby; his daughter-in-law Sherri Holt; his grandson Brandon Holt; his siblings, Jack Holt, Johnny (Lois Holt), Tommy (Judy Holt), Marlene Huff, Linda Hatter, Alice (Ben Stonecypher) and Kathy (Ted Fillers); and his close friends, John White, Bo Holt and Rocky Ottinger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Mr. Holt's memory to the American Legion Post 69.
