As Brenda departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Brenda may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Brenda leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence E. Riggins Sr. and Mary L. Riggins; and her brother Lawrence E. Riggins Jr. (Larry). She is survived by: her former husband Dale Gray; her sons, Travis Gray (Amanda) and Dan Gray; her grandson Elijah Gray; and her sisters, Linda Jo John (Gordie) and Karon Riggins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Jeffers Funeral-Cremation Services (208 N College St, Greeneville, TN 37745). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service (208 N College St, Greeneville, TN 37745).
