He is survived by: his wife Liz Raith; his children, Charles David Raith II (Ansley) and Mindy Raith Brown (Lee); and his grandchildren, Addie, Ellee, Charles, Sam, Paul, Elijah, Lizzie, Zeb, Edie, Alex and Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Arrowhead Church.
