He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann Cutshaw; his parents, Carson Cutshaw and Ruth Cutshaw; and his brothers, Carson "Doc" Cutshaw, Kenneth Cutshaw and J. H. Cutshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Mary (John Ottinger), Randy (Rhonda Cutshaw) and Steve (Rhonda Cutshaw); his grandchildren, Bradley, Stephanie, Niki, Catie, Chelsey and Sara; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Sophie, Hadlee, Bennett, Bo and Lane; and his brothers, Bobby Cutshaw and Hal Cutshaw.
