He is survived by : his wife Judy Milner; his stepchildren, Rena, Mick Myers, Wendy, Wilton Miller, Joseph M. Milner and Edman J. Milner; his brother Linwood Lowden; and his close friends, Joe Russel and Everett Baldwin.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
