He is survived by: his children, Theresa Malone and Michael Page (Amy); his grandchildren, Tiffany Weems (Josh Williams), Matthew Page (Marissa), Samuel Page and Taylor Cumbow; his great grandchildren, Kelson, Kenlea Eastep and Layton Crawford; his friends, Marlene and Ricky Miller; his niece Kathy Moore; and his nephew John Page.
