He was predeceased by: his wife Della Sharon Tweed; his parents, John Henry and Gertha Mae Tweed; his son Randy Allen Tweed; and his siblings, Henry Tweed, Jr., Billy Tweed and Helen Tweed.
He is survived by: his stepson David S Stills (Drucilla); his brother Kenneth Tweed (Marcella); his grandchild Brooks Aaron Tweed of Lenoir City; his stepgrandchildren, David R Stills (Brandi) of Fort Leavenworth, Denee Stills and Daniel Stills of Knoxville; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, David Xane Stills, Willow Grace Stills, Rylee Joyce Streit, Maddison Renee Stills, Bradley Cash and Dalton Stewart Stills.
