She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Joe Scudgington and Nancy Chandler; and her brother Craig Scudgington. She is survived by: her husband Shelton Smith, Sr.; her children, Toni Hubbard (James) of Fort Waldon, FL, Sara Loftis of Greeneville and Matthew Loftis (Lindsey) of Greeneville; her stepchildren, Shirley Smith and Shelton Smith, Jr.; her grandchildren, Aden Tibbs, Kenneth Lee Hubbard, Morgan Loftis and Madison Loftis; her sisters, Robin Dean of Greeneville and Martha Travis (Paul) of Greeneville; her close friend Tom Miller; and her cousin Ronald Blankenship. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christian Sells Funeral Home (1520 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Persia Methodist Church Cemetery - Rogersville. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at the Kite Cemetery (518 TN-70, Rogersville, TN 37857).
