She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slagle and Grace Ball Slagle; her husband Charles Barkley; and her brother George Slagle. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Wright (Greg), Jane Ann Lowe (John) and Michael Barkley (Tina); and her brothers, Bobby Slagle (Carolyn) and Johnny Slagle. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
