He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Ellenburg-Fields; his sister Jennifer Baker; his son Luke Alexander Fields; his daughter-in-law Kayla Anne Fields; his grandchildren, Keely Alexis Fields, Kenzie Nichole Fields and Harlan Arlo Fields; his great grandchild Charlsie Katherine Fields; and also Hammou.
