He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Wills and Jessie Wills; his wife Billie Tarlton Wills; his daughter Reta Wills Taylor; his siblings, Walter Wills (Leedola), Dewey Wills (Gwyndola) and Armenia Tarlton (Wayland); and his in-laws, Cleo Tarlton, Jack Tarlton, Jerry Tarlton, Dorothy (Lucille) and Jim Arrington.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Conner and Jean Wills; his sister Susie Wills; his grandchildren, April Taylor, Harold Lamb, Kristen Conner Blair (Neal) and Ben Conner; and his great grandchild Daniel Blair.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Springs Cemetery.
