He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lawing and Ruby Lawing; and his siblings, Bud Lawing and Nadine Laws. He is survived by: his wife Martha Lawing; his grandchildren, David, Amy, Ethan and Christopher Lawing; his daughter Malessa; his son-in-law Jeff Fleenor; his brother Donald Lawing of Arizona; and his aunt Hazel Shelton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
