He is survived by: his children, Paul Collins (Sharron), Pam Lamb (Robert), Teresa Rotella (Nick), Amy Collins (Angie Hayes), Bryan Hulse (Gail) and Brent Hulse; his grandchildren, Erin Richey (David), Ben Collins, Collin Rotella, Carter Rotella, Parker Rotella, Randall Wilburn (Lindsey), Jacob Hulse and Chance Hulse; his great grandchildren, Nolan Shores, Lila Richey, Ava Richey, Julia Richey, Lane Wilburn, Hunter Wilburn and Ellie Wilburn; his siblings, Lowell Collins (Gladalea), Tommy Collins (Sandra), Kyle Collins (Laura), Johnny Collins (Teresa), Brenda Starnes (Jimmy) and Debbie Gregory (Terry Shelton); his former wife Sandra Denney; and his close friend Randy Hawk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
