He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his siblings, Renda Lowe of Bristol, VA and Royce Wayne Foster (Lucy) of Dallas, TX; his son Keith; his daughter-in-law Beth; his grandchildren, Nick, Alex, Emme and Ryan; his son-in-law Kevin Brown of Nashville, TN; and his granddaughters, Shayla, Kayla and Layla. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
